What You’ll Do

Handle group, conference and event reservations from enquiry to confirmation.

Manage high volumes of emails and calls with accuracy and excellent turnaround times.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of group requirements.

Prepare quotations, confirmations, rooming lists and event details.

Maintain accurate information across reservations systems including Opera.

Ensure all bookings, amendments and special requests are recorded correctly.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, travel partners and colleagues.

Support the wider reservations team when required to meet operational demands.

Uphold exceptional service standards across all interactions.
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in reservations, front office or event coordination.

Strong understanding of group bookings, conferencing and event reservations.

Proficiency in Opera and MS Office.

Excellent email and telephone communication skills.

Strong organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Confident handling challenging situations with professionalism and respect.
