An exclusive eco-lodge and hospitality destination in the heart of the Eastern Cape is seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven General Manager to lead operations across a boutique lodge, restaurant and training centre. What You’ll Do

Oversee daily lodge and restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and smooth coordination across departments

Lead recruitment, training and team development to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce

Drive revenue generation, manage budgets and ensure financial and operational efficiency

Uphold sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with eco-tourism principles

Collaborate with the training centre team to support hospitality education and youth development programmes

Build partnerships with local and international tourism and hospitality stakeholders

Contribute strategically to property development, guest experience innovation and community engagement
What You’ll Need

Minimum 10 years’ management experience in luxury lodge or restaurant operations

Strong leadership, financial management and organisational skills

Proven ability to motivate diverse teams and maintain service excellence

Experience or understanding of hospitality education or training environments advantageous

Fluent in English with additional languages such as Afrikaans, Xhosa or French beneficial
