We’re looking for a Front Office Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring service standards are met, and guiding the team to deliver a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Do

Support the Front Office Manager with the day-to-day running of front office operations

Supervise front desk, concierge, switchboard, and guest services teams

Lead shifts in the absence of the Front Office Manager

Handle guest queries and concerns professionally, ensuring effective resolution

Ensure front office policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied

Liaise closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

Monitor room availability, reservations, and front desk activity
-
Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial procedures

Coach, guide, and support team members to maintain service excellence
What You’ll Need

Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field

2–3 years’ experience in front office operations, with supervisory exposure

Strong working knowledge of Opera, PMS systems, and MS Office
-
Solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards
-
Confident, calm, and professional approach in high-pressure situations

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
Excellent email and telephone etiquette

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
