Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about the hotel and services
- Manage calls, emails, and front desk communication
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Requirements
- Previous reception or front office experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Experience with hotel systems (Opera advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work shifts, including nights if required
