Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and telephone calls efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Assist guests with information about the property and local attractions.
- Resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high presentation standards at the reception desk.
- Follow company procedures relating to cash handling, security, and guest confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous Front Office Reception experience within a hotel environment.
- Experience using a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well presented with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
