We’re looking for a professional Front Office Receptionist who enjoys working with guests, managing multiple priorities, and delivering a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
What You’ll Do

Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care

Manage reservations, room allocations, cancellations, and amendments

Communicate clearly with guests via email and telephone

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service

Process payments, handle cash, and complete accurate end-of-day procedures

Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional front desk area

Ensure front office policies, procedures, and service standards are followed
What You’ll Need

Hospitality qualification preferred

1–2 years’ experience in a front office or receptionist role within a 4 or 5-star hotel

Confident, calm, and well-presented approach

Excellent communication, telephone, and email etiquette

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Sound financial awareness and cash-handling ability

Proficiency in Opera and MS Office

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
