A leading luxury 5-star hotel in Cape Town is seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager to lead the guest-facing team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily Front Office operations including Reception, Concierge and Guest Relations

Ensure exceptional arrival and departure experiences for all guests

Maintain high service standards and efficient front office procedures

Lead, train and inspire the team to deliver warm, professional and memorable service

Handle guest feedback, special requests and complaints with discretion and care

Manage departmental scheduling, budgeting and reporting

Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations and Sales to ensure seamless guest journeys

Support occupancy management and assist with reservations when required
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office management or supervisory role within a luxury hotel

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Sound knowledge of front office systems (Opera or similar PMS preferred)

Hands-on, service-driven approach with attention to detail and efficiency

Hospitality qualification or relevant tertiary education advantageous

Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
