We are seeking an experienced Front Office Administration Manager to oversee and inspire our front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service, maximum occupancy and optimal room rates in line with our luxury standards.
About the Role
You will manage the entire Front Office department — from reservations and reception to guest relations and night audit — while liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver seamless service. This role requires strong financial reporting skills, experience in rental collections and the ability to uphold our brand’s service excellence.
What You’ll Bring

Grade 12 (Matric) and 3-year rooms/front office hospitality qualification

Minimum 3 years’ Front Office Management experience in a 5-star property

Fully bilingual in English and any additional European language advantageous

Proven leadership with excellent guest relations and communication skills

Computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Opera; INFOR HMS)

Financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue/expense control and trend reporting

Ability to train and mentor a high-performing team

Well-groomed, professional and able to work under pressure

Flexibility to work shifts and perform management duties
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Front Office operations, staff supervision and training

Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, cash-ups and guest billing

Ensure adherence to all SOPs and coordinate with other departments

Handle guest complaints and problem-solving with professionalism

Prepare accurate reports and manage budgets

Fulfil reservation functions including space banking, rentals and timeshare

Lead training in night audit functions

Monitor occupancy and rate trends, recommending strategies for improvement
