Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for members, guests, visitors, and suppliers
• Deliver a professional, welcoming, and service-focused reception experience
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person
• Maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready reception environment
• Manage meeting room bookings and shared workspace systems
• Coordinate member communication platforms and daily front-of-house activities
• Assist with facilities, maintenance, and operational requests
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate meeting room setup, refreshments, and catering requirements
• Conduct workspace tours for prospective members and visitors
• Support front-of-house operations during events and activations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in front-of-house, hospitality, coworking, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal ability
• Calm, confident, and solutions-driven personality
• Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Punctual, reliable, and highly professional
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
