A prestigious hotel in Cape Town is seeking a service-driven and reliable Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations across its dining venues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and room service

Ensure smooth shift handovers, table service flow, and guest satisfaction

Lead and motivate service staff to deliver 5-star experiences

Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

Monitor hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in all F&B areas
-
Assist with staff training, rosters, and performance monitoring

Support inventory control, stock counts, and ordering processes
-
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role (luxury or hotel background preferred)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Knowledge of POS systems and basic stock control

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
