About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team leadership, and outstanding guest experiences.
This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who can be present on the floor, inspire their team, and consistently deliver at a high standard while managing costs and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle service recovery where required
- Drive revenue and maximise profitability within the F&B department
- Manage budgets, cost control, and stock management
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning and service delivery
- Train, develop, and motivate the F&B team
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service across all outlets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or estate
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
