Lead refined dining operations within a prestigious coastal hospitality property.
An experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager is required to oversee all F&B outlets and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with high hospitality standards. This role requires a confident leader with strong financial control, team development and operational expertise.
What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets

Lead, train and develop the F&B team

Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

Manage stock control and inventory

Monitor revenue performance and control expenses

Ensure compliance with food, health and safety standards

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Oversee event planning and coordination
-
Drive service excellence across all outlets
What You’ll Need

3–5 years’ experience in a five-star hotel restaurant or similar environment
-
Previous leadership experience within food and beverage
-
Strong financial acumen and stock control knowledge

Good wine knowledge

Proficiency in POS systems

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to train and motivate a team

High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Ability to work shifts and perform under pressure

Own transport preferable
