What You’ll Do
• Oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar and events
• Motivate and mentor the service team to deliver warm, polished and consistent guest service
• Work closely with the kitchen to align menus, service flow and seasonal experiences
• Manage rostering, training, performance and daily operational standards
• Maintain strong stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, licensing and safety requirements

• Previous experience in an F&B leadership role within a hotel or refined dining environment
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar and event service
