An exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality finance professional to step into a senior leadership role overseeing a complex, multi-entity operation.
This role is responsible for leading the full finance and accounting function across hotel operations, sectional title and rental pool structures, with strong involvement at executive level. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial control, reporting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do

Lead the finance and accounting function across multiple operational entities

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and strategic financial plans

Deliver monthly management accounts, flash reports and reporting packs

Oversee year-end financial statements in line with group policies

Manage VAT, PAYE and statutory compliance requirements

Monitor cash flow, capex and reserve forecasts

Maintain strong financial controls, reporting systems and audit readiness

Partner with senior management on commercial, contractual and operational decisions

Liaise with external service providers and ensure regulatory compliance
What You’ll Need

Relevant diploma, degree or equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 8 years’ related financial management experience

Current experience in a senior accounting or financial leadership role

Strong hospitality finance background, including sectional title exposure

Solid understanding of auditing processes and statutory requirements

Proven commercial acumen with high attention to detail and deadlines

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain structured and focused during peak reporting periods
