What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure flawless food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Supervise, train, and inspire a passionate culinary team.
• Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal innovation.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Uphold fine-dining standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Deputise for the Executive Chef when required, ensuring seamless service.
What You’ll Need:
• Recognised culinary qualification and experience in a 5-star or fine-dining environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior kitchen role with proven leadership.
• Strong organisational and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
