Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead and elevate the housekeeping function within a prestigious 5-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full housekeeping operation, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to consistently deliver 5-star service
- Ensure all guest rooms are prepared in line with check-in times and brand expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality control
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Manage staff rosters, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives
- Oversee stock control, linen management, and housekeeping budgets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and housekeeping documentation
- Drive sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or similar role within a 5-star environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high service standards
- Strong operational and technical knowledge of housekeeping departments
- Experience with OPERA Cloud advantageous
- Computer literate
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or similar (beneficial)
