What You’ll Do

Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, providing hands-on support throughout the stay.

Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.

Oversee daily front office operations and maintain communication between departments.

Monitor guest feedback, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular team briefings and on-the-job training to uphold brand standards.

Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and a disciplined, professional workplace culture.

Manage room allocations, supplier accounts, and front-office financial controls.
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel environment.

Recognised hospitality or tourism qualification (tertiary level preferred).

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Excellent computer literacy (Protel and MS Office advantageous).
