We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Revenue Manager to join a leading hospitality operation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for driving revenue growth, and a proven ability to maximise hotel profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise room revenue, profitability, and market share
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
- Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all channels
- Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports to support business planning
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure commercial alignment
- Monitor and optimise hotel performance across all market segments
- Lead strategic revenue initiatives that support sustainable business growth
- Oversee the Reservations team through the Reservations Manager, ensuring strong booking conversion and service standards
- Ensure revenue management practices align with the guest experience and luxury hospitality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and overall commercial performance
Requirements:
- Previous Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen
- Experience with revenue management systems, channel management, and hotel distribution platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
