What You’ll Do

Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating to the required standard

Support mise en place and ensure stations are set for service

Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and kitchen hygiene

Follow recipes and instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

Work cleanly and efficiently during service, supporting senior chefs as needed

Help with stock rotation, portioning and minimising waste

Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
What You’ll Need

Culinary qualification or recognised kitchen training

Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a premium or fine dining setting

Strong passion for food, technique and continuous learning

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
