Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your designated section with consistency and attention to detail
- Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain portion control and kitchen efficiency during service
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are always maintained
Requirements:
- Culinary qualification essential
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food standards
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
