A renowned estate in the Cape Winelands is looking for a skilled and disciplined Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. This role is suited to a chef who takes pride in consistency, presentation and working within a structured, high-standard environment.
What You’ll Do
Run your section with confidence and accountability
Complete mise en place and service to exacting standards
Prepare meat, fish and other ingredients as required
Coordinate Commis Chefs and junior team members during service
Maintain strict HACCP and cleanliness standards
Monitor portion control and minimise waste
What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with precision
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional cookery qualification advantageous
