We’re recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team within a refined hospitality environment. This role suits a driven chef who takes pride in consistency, teamwork and delivering high-quality dishes across daily service and special events.
What You’ll Do

Run and manage a designated kitchen section with consistency and attention to detail

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard across breakfast, lunch and dinner service

Oversee mise en place, portion control and plating standards

Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and ensure correct storage procedures

Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards

Support menu development and seasonal menu changes with senior chefs

Train and support junior kitchen team members

Assist during high-volume service periods and events

Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service delivery
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining environment

Strong technical ability across key sections such as hot kitchen, cold section, grill or sauces

Excellent knife skills and presentation standards

Sound understanding of stock control, portioning and kitchen cost awareness

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
