We’re looking for a hands-on Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft, supports kitchen leadership, and plays an active role in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and team collaboration.
What You’ll Do

Run and manage your designated kitchen section efficiently and consistently

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

Assist with menu execution, including seasonal and event menus

Supervise, guide, and support junior kitchen team members

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

Lead by example in a calm, organised, and professional manner
What You’ll Need

Recognised culinary or hospitality qualification

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in an upmarket restaurant or 4 or 5-star hotel environment

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

Experience mentoring and supporting junior chefs

Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment

Professional communication skills and a positive team attitude
