A great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to take ownership of a busy kitchen section and deliver consistent, high-quality plates in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a confident, organised chef who enjoys leading from the front and working with seasonal, fresh ingredients.
What You’ll Do

Run your allocated section smoothly, ensuring all mise-en-place is prepared on time and to standard.

Lead junior staff, allocate duties and maintain strong production flow.

Create daily specials using seasonal produce to maximise stock rotation and minimise wastage.

Maintain recipe accuracy, correct cooking methods and consistent food quality.

Oversee food service from your section, ensuring timing, presentation and temperature are always correct.

Manage hygiene practices, sanitising routines, labelling, dating and the cleanliness of fridges, freezers and stores.

Support stock rotation, correct storage procedures and assist with bi-monthly stock takes.

Ensure effective handovers between shifts and support smooth function execution.

Report maintenance issues and follow all First Aid, fire and emergency procedures.
What You’ll Need

At least 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.

Strong knife skills and excellent food knowledge.

Ability to run and control a section independently.

Excellent time-management and organisation skills.

Strong hygiene awareness and understanding of food-handling standards.

Confident training and supporting junior staff.

Culinary certificates an advantage.
