We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a leading boutique hotel. This role is ideal for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering refined dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish

Oversee mise en place, portioning, and plating to high presentation standards

Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients

Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP standards)

Support menu development and seasonal changes in collaboration with senior chefs

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow

Assist with high-volume service during peak periods and events

Liaise with front-of-house for smooth coordination of guest and event requirements
Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4/5-star hotel or fine dining environment

Strong technical skills across multiple sections (hot, cold, grill, sauces, pastry)

Excellent knife skills and plating techniques

Understanding of stock control, portioning, and kitchen cost awareness
