Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen

Prepare high-quality dishes that meet company standards

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence

Contribute to the planning and execution of creative, seasonal menus

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality

Control stock, reduce waste, and assist with ordering

Support the kitchen leadership team in daily operations

Lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment

Assist with special events and à la carte offerings as required

Perform other duties in line with operational needs
Requirements:
-
Culinary or hospitality qualification
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or 4/5-star hotel

Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations

Passion for food presentation, innovation, and seasonal cooking

Ability to work independently and lead by example

Excellent communication and team management abilities

Well-groomed and professional with strong attention to detail

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of stock control and cost awareness

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
