What You’ll Do

Run your allocated section with confidence and accuracy

Assist with mise-en-place, preparation and plating to required standards

Maintain consistency in quality, flavour and presentation

Support stock control, portioning and monthly inventory checks

Follow strict food rotation, storage and hygiene procedures

Minimise waste and contribute to effective cost control

Operate and care for all kitchen equipment correctly

Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure smooth service flow
