What You’ll Do

Oversee daily banqueting operations and ensure all functions run smoothly

Manage the setup of events according to function sheets and specific client requirements

Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate special orders, menu availability and service timing

Establish event timelines, room layouts and ensure timely setup and breakdown

Lead the service team to deliver warm, professional and efficient food and beverage service

Maintain venue presentation throughout the event and manage post-event breakdown

Handle client communication, follow-ups and resolution of any service concerns

Conduct pre-function briefings and ensure staff are well-prepared

Report and follow up on maintenance issues

Support staff training and on-the-job development

Monitor labour costs and staffing levels

Ensure accurate posting of all event charges within required time frames

Assist in maintaining agreed food and beverage cost levels
What You’ll Need

3–5 years food and beverage management experience within luxury hotel banqueting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail

Solid understanding of F&B operations, food costing and labour scheduling

Product knowledge across food, beverage and service standards
-
Familiarity with POS systems and general restaurant operations
