What You’ll Do

Lead, guide and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold five-star standards

Support communication and collaboration across departments

Prepare weekly schedules, allocate tasks and monitor daily staffing levels

Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and public spaces

Manage par levels, stock control and cost-efficiency practices

Oversee inventories for linen, amenities, guest supplies and equipment

Maintain accurate training records and support ongoing staff development

Monitor key control procedures and ensure safety and security compliance
