What You’ll Do

Support the daily management of the housekeeping department to ensure consistently high standards

Lead, motivate and support the housekeeping team through clear communication and on-the-floor guidance

Prepare duty rosters, allocate daily tasks and monitor staffing levels

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas

Manage linen, amenities, guest supplies and equipment inventories

Monitor stock usage, par levels and cost control measures

Maintain accurate training records and support ongoing staff development

Ensure key control procedures and safety standards are followed

Promote efficient working practices and identify opportunities for improvement
What You’ll Need

Experience in an assistant housekeeping or senior housekeeping role within a high-end hotel environment
