Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
- Assist with scheduling and workforce planning
- Conduct room and public area inspections
- Monitor stock levels and control costs
- Support training and development of housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with inventory and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure
