Key Responsibilities

Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and service delivery

Ensure world-class guest experience through proactive engagement and feedback management

Lead and guide departmental teams, promoting professionalism and operational consistency

Monitor stock usage, budgets, and resource efficiency to control costs and minimise waste

Conduct training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes in line with company standards

Maintain effective communication across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and brand expectations
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management or a senior operational role

Hospitality or Tourism qualification preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Solid financial and operational control

Proficiency in MS Office; Protel experience advantageous
