What You’ll Do

Oversee daily hotel operations in collaboration with the Hotel Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Uphold exceptional guest experience standards, measured through feedback and online reputation.

Lead and motivate department teams, promoting professionalism, efficiency, and a culture of excellence.

Monitor budgets, stock control, and resource management to ensure financial efficiency.

Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures in line with company standards.

Coordinate across departments to maintain smooth communication and consistent operational flow.

Support all front office, housekeeping, and F&B procedures while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar senior operational role.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or Tourism preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Excellent financial awareness and operational control.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Protel PMS advantageous.
