Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, including:

Assisting in the management of the front office team, including receptionists, porters, and guest service staff.

Ensuring a warm and professional guest welcome and departure experience.

Supervising daily front desk operations and shift procedures.

Handling guest feedback, requests, and service recovery when required.

Assisting with room allocations, occupancy management, and operational planning.

Monitoring guest satisfaction and service standards across the department.

Supporting with staff training, scheduling, and team development.

Ensuring proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reconciliation.

Coordinating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room readiness and guest requests.

Supporting management with front office reports and operational performance monitoring.
Requirements

Previous experience in a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Front Office Manager role within a hotel.

Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with hotel property management systems.

Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment with attention to detail.
