A leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a detail-driven and analytical Assistant Financial Manager to support the finance function of a high-end property. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of reporting, compliance, and financial controls while working closely with management.
What You’ll Do

Prepare and analyse monthly management reports

Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance

Support accounts payable and receivable processes

Complete balance sheet reconciliations and oversee petty cash and card payments

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and cash flow management

Identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities

Support annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Provide financial insights and guidance to department heads

Help develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Collaborate with suppliers and auditors to maintain strong working relationships
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality finance role

Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices

High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
