The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships to drive both new and repeat business. This role involves proactive outreach through sales calls, site visits, and client engagement activities to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and new business.

Track sales activities and account progress using CRM systems and sales tools.

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and internal company functions as required.

Conduct site inspections and client entertainment, which may occasionally take place outside of normal working hours including weekends.

Make regular sales calls to client offices to promote products and services.

Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue leads to grow revenue.

Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and profitability goals.

Work closely with the Groups & Events team and Revenue Manager to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Ensure all sales leads and client interactions are properly documented in the company’s CRM.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to confirm bookings and close sales deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process and deliver excellent client service.
