What You’ll Do

Capture invoices and assist with daily reconciliations

Prepare petty cash and payment recons

Assist with month-end processes and reporting

Support banking, revenue report checks, and cash-up procedures

Maintain accurate records and assist with stock counts

Provide general administrative support to the finance team
What You’ll Need

Matric plus a relevant accounting qualification (BCom or equivalent)

3–4 years’ experience in an Accounts Assistant role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment

Strong computer literacy, especially Excel and accounting systems (Xero and Micros advantageous)

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality

Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
